Kate Stirling · 12-Week Programme · Starting 20 April 2025
Become the most confident, expressed, free version of you. Once and for all.
A 3-month deep dive blending pre-recorded workshops, community support and lifetime access — for anyone who has been living at 20% of who they truly are, and is finally ready to stop.
You have spent so long making yourself smaller, quieter, less — that you've forgotten what it feels like to walk into a room and simply, fully, be yourself.
— Kate Stirling
This is for you
This programme is for the people who are done living in the shadows of their own life. Women, mums, creatives, artists, heart-led service providers, founders — and anyone who is different, who has always felt slightly too much or not quite enough, and has been quietly paying the price for it.
You dress to disappear. Baggy clothes, muted colours, the outfit that won't draw attention. You sit at the back. You don't put your hand up. You shrink your physical presence because if people look too closely, they might see something you're not ready to show them — even though you're not sure what that is anymore.
You've poured everything into everyone else. You are endlessly capable for them — and quietly, desperately invisible to yourself. You don't even know what you want anymore, because wanting things for yourself started to feel selfish a long time ago. You are so much more than your role. It's time you remembered that.
You're an artist, a coach, a healer, a maker, a performer — someone whose work is led by heart and meaning. And somewhere along the way you absorbed the story that charging properly for that work is wrong. Greedy. At odds with the good person you are. So you undercharge, undervalue, and wonder why you feel resentful and unseen.
You have opinions. Bold ones. But you've learned — from experience, from childhood, from watching what happened when others spoke up — that it's safer to stay quiet. So you nod. You agree. You wait. You go home and replay everything you wished you'd said. That voice deserves to be heard. We're going to set it free.
Maybe you have ADHD, or you're neurodivergent, or you simply don't fit the mould — and you've spent years performing a version of yourself that feels acceptable to everyone else. Masking is exhausting. Living at 20% is exhausting. You deserve a space where your whole self is not just tolerated but genuinely celebrated.
From the outside, you look like you have it together. But you're operating in the shadows of your own potential — afraid of the spotlight, afraid of judgment, afraid of what happens to your relationships, your identity, your life if you finally go all in. That fear isn't a character flaw. It's a story. And stories can change.
The real cost of staying hidden
Not because you're not capable. Not because you're not ready. But because somewhere between who you truly are and who you let the world see, there is a vast, aching gap — and you've been managing it in silence for years.
"The spotlight isn't something to be feared. It's where you were always meant to stand."

What we build together
Dare to Be Seen isn't a mindset course. It's a deep, full-body, full-life transformation built on five interconnected pillars. Together they move you from self-doubt and hiding to unshakeable self-belief, full self-expression and a life that is genuinely, finally yours.
You've outsourced your decisions to everyone else for so long that you've stopped hearing your own voice. Self-trust is about learning to come back to yourself — to know what you know, trust what you feel, and act on it without needing someone else to confirm you're right. When you trust yourself, everything else becomes possible.
Not the performed kind. Not the 'fake it till you make it' kind. Real, embodied, sustainable confidence — built from the inside out. The kind that doesn't disappear on a bad day or collapse under someone's disapproval. The kind that means you can walk into any room, any conversation, any opportunity and know you belong there.
Your voice, your style, your opinions, your creativity, your presence — all of it has been edited down to the version that feels safe. Self-expression is the act of reclaiming every part of yourself you've been suppressing. It's dressing how you actually want to dress. Saying what you actually mean. Creating without apology. Existing without explanation.
What you charge for your work. What you ask for in relationships. What you believe you deserve — in your career, your body, your life. Self-worth is the root of everything. When you know — really know, in your bones — that you are valuable exactly as you are, everything changes. Your prices go up. Your standards rise. And you stop settling.
The hardest one. And the most liberating. Self-acceptance isn't giving up on growth — it's refusing to make your happiness conditional on being different to how you already are. It's seeing yourself clearly — the brilliant parts and the difficult ones — and choosing yourself anyway. Fully. Without the constant background noise of not being enough.
The format
Every session is fully recorded and available immediately — so you move at a pace that genuinely works for you. Self-paced with the structure, accountability and community that make self-paced actually work.
All sessions fully recorded and ready when you are. Work through each week at your own pace — on your commute, in your lunch break, after the kids are in bed. No pressure. No falling behind. Progress on your terms.
Regular accountability check-ins and community support hosted on Circle. Connection, encouragement, and the knowledge that others are on this journey alongside you — without pressure, with real heart.
Dare to Be Seen is ever-evolving. Everything added in the future is yours — forever. Start the moment you join and return whenever you need a reset.
A growing library of guided meditations, visualisations and support materials — available immediately. Use them between sessions, when confidence dips, or whenever you need to come back to yourself.
Kate is active in the Circle community throughout the programme — celebrating wins, answering questions, and making sure no one is doing this work in the dark.
Work through the programme in whatever order and at whatever speed serves you best. Your journey, your timeline, your transformation — with the support to keep you moving.

"I created Dare to Be Seen for the high-achiever who's ready to feel free again. The one who's done the work, but still feels something's missing. I've been there — the fear of being too visible, too successful, too different. But when you drop comparison and embody your truth, everything shifts. This is where that happens."
